Trastevere
Trastevere takes its name from the rione XIII (a central historic neighbourhood) of Rome located on the west bank of the Tiber. Its name comes from the Latin trans Tiberis, "beyond the Tiber."

Today, Trastevere maintains its peculiar grace with its sampietrini cobbled strade (streets) dominated by a type of traditional medieval houses. The first Trastevere restaurant was unveiled in the city of Lleida in the year 1985. There are currently 5 operating restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Italian food with a touch of Mediterranean cuisine, especially focused on pastas, pizzas and meats (escalopes, cubed Solomillo and pork loin, loin chops...). In Trastevere, we have designed our menu to be fully enjoyed family style. With this in mind, each and every one of our dishes contains an ample portion meant to be shared.

Nuts, gorgonzola cheese and slices of parmiggiano cheese and prawns, salmon and seafood pizzas, calzones...; pastas accompanied by black truffles, cream of mushroom, homemade pork sausage and mushroom sauces, filled with foie and ceps, gorgonzola and pear; ham and duck salads...; pork loin al pepe, the house specialty; tiramisu; Lombard capuccio; cookies and cream, strawberry and red berry homemade gelatos... these are some of the dishes that form our high quality select cuisine.
