Il Pastificcio
Il Pastificcio takes its name from the artisan in the kitchen who makes the authentic, pastas, following the established dictations of traditional Italian cuisine and using the secrets and recipes that have been passed down from ancestors. The first Il Pastificcio restaurant was inaugurated in 1999 in the city of Zaragoza. Currently, this trademark has 6 restaurants operating at the national level.
At Il Pastificcio, we have designed our menu to be fully enjoyed family style. With this in mind, each and every one of our dishes contains an ample portion meant to be shared. Pizzas with Balsamic vinaigrette, eight seasons, calzones...; pastas accompanied by duck magret and pork, filled with a selection of cheeses, salads with rullo di capra, foie...; escalopes with 4 Formaggio and truffle sauce; panna cotta della casa; Calabrian peach and chocolate Sacher homemade gelato; these are some of the dishes that make up our gastronomically exquisite offer.
